Emergency Contact Details for Our Customers
If you are a tenant who has a non Landlord Metering meter and have come across our website through Googling Meterpay then we don’t have access to your meter and cannot help you. You need to contact your landlord as we offer out of hours support only for our customers, and not meters which just say Meterpay on them.
If you are one of our customers – either a tenant or landlord – and you have an urgent issue with your meter which occurs out-of-office hours, and you are unable to resolve it by referring to the FAQ’s page or the user guide, then you are best off using the Freephone 0800 number on your meter and instruction leaflet. This is manned until normally the early hours of the morning. But please don’t use it unless it late at night unless it is a real emergency as you may well be waking somebody up.
