Delivery Information

Before we can ship out the meters, we need to configure them and test that they are working.

We ship out out meters within one or two business days of receiving the payment, although very occasionally meters may be delayed where we are unusually busy or for large orders which we prefer to send out on a pallet with a different courier company.

Meters are shipped Free of Charge on a 24 hour courier - and we will also normally forward the tracking information as soon as the courier provides it.

However, please allow a couple of days for delivery, ie do not book in the electrician for the next day as we  frequently find that courier deliveries are delayed no matter what company we use.
